Hollie Kirkwood

You are more than a diagnosis, stronger than your struggle, and greater than what has happened. You are a whole person and I see you. You don’t need to have everything figured out and you certainly don’t need to do it alone, we will do it together in therapy by honoring your unique story and strengths.
Evidence based therapy helps you build a life that is authentic, meaningful, and rebuilds connection with the world around you. As a team, we can build the tools you need to move forward in your life.
I enjoy working with adolescents just finding their way as well as adults whose rising challenges have become burdens that are difficult to set down. I’ve helped many clients overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have extensive experience supporting clients living with severe and persistent mental illness and navigating complex life circumstances.
My practice is neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am committed to creating a space where every client feels safe, respected and valued. I draw from a diversity of experience and evidence based tools including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices to best fit your needs.
The first step is intimidating but it is the only one you have to do alone. Reach out and we will do the rest together. It is a privilege to walk alongside you to rediscover your strength, deepen your understanding of yourself, and create a life that truly reflects who you are. I will meet you with compassion, authenticity, and curiosity. Your story matters and I am honored to be a part of it.
